Awesome food tour of Bulgaria!

Four gluttonous days spent eating around central Bulgaria – the Thracian Lowlands – trying as many local dishes and wines as possible. There are two dishes I forgot to note down, other than that I have done my best to give the names.

If anyone knows the two dishes I couldn’t name in the second last restaurant, please let me know!
